Happy Friday! Plans for the weekend?
Happy Friday everyone! My area is in for a beautiful first weekend of summer, and I hope yours is too!
Anyone have any exciting plans this weekend, gardening or otherwise?

We're going to a free night at the children's museum tonight.
Tomorrow, Dh and DD are going out for the morning, and bringing the dog with them, so I have a beautiful morning to myself! I'm going to the garden center first thing to buy some of my annual flowers (I'm only about a month behind schedule!), then coming home to get the hanging baskets planted and throw some more color around my front yard. Then a shower, a pedicure, and grocery shopping because we're having friends over tomorrow night for dinner.
Sunday, we have no plans, so maybe the zoo or aquarium in the morning and some chores in the afternoon.

It's our first anniversary, so we are having dinner tomorrow night at the same restaurant we did the rehearsal dinner (just our favorite restaurant in general), then we are going to Florida for the weekend. Garden related, I just harvested a beautiful butternut squash from the garden yesterday, so that is becoming soup for dinner tonight.
Edit: I didn't see when this was posted and thought it was today, because it's my "Friday." It's been a long day lol.

No problem! It's funny that this board is so slow, the same post can serve for two weekends in a row!
This weekend, I'm meeting up with the the local Nest Book Club girls for lunch tomorrow, and have no plans for tonight or Sunday. Sadly, I think it's supposed to rain all weekend, so I'm not sure how much will get done in the yard. I'm hoping to get those flowers I just bought in the ground at some point, though!
