What size bed do you and DH have? Do you like it? Would you want a different size?

Re: QOTD 6/24
We have a queen. Kings are nice, but you have to have the room for them and it wouldn't fit in our bedroom.
We have a queen size. Sometimes I find it too small because we both tend to spread our arms and legs when we sleep. A king wouldn't fit it our room though...pus, a king feels just a bit too big to sleep in.
We stayed in a cottage for part of our honeymoon and there was only a double bed! that was cozy. haha
We have a king. We went from a full, to a king and it's GLORIOUS! H always has to be touching, which I hate, so it doesn't feel too big. We also both sleep with body pillows, so it's more like 4 people. Usually it's H against my side, and the dog between my legs. I usually push H over, and even put a hait clip in the middle of the head board to show him he's in my space!
But now he's on nights, so I make the dog sleep on his side. Last week, he had a bed invader (my step daughter) so I was glad for the extra space... but again... Lilly was using my butt as a foot stool, curlled up to my back, dog between my legs and a stuff animal on my head.... I must be cute and cuddly!
We shared a twin in college (2-3 years), then I had a full but he still had a twin at his parents. Then he got a queen. I moved out and he shacked up, but didn't officially move in with me and we shared my full. Then we moved in together and shared his queen. Then got stuck at his parents on my full as we tried to close on our house.
Now we are back in his queen. He is 6'4" and fits best on the queen (or king). We both sleep on the edges of the bed and get lost in a king on vacations and such. Also, we wouldn't be able to fit a king in our bedroom.
we have a queen - i dont know who takes up more space my 6'2 Hubby or our little 20lb dog!!! i usually end up curled in a ball or falling off the edge!!! i would love a king size bed- maybe some day when we buy a house or get new bedroom set!
p.s. our headboard has a defined middle so i dont need to mark it with a hair clip and i always tell him that's the equator and hes on my side! lol doesnt help he just laughs at me and the dog doesnt listen either! good thing i love them!
We have a full and some nights it's ok but others it's terrible. Right now, that is all that can fit in our bedroom. It's been really bad lately since it's been hot. We need some space to cool off. Our dream is to have a king.
We love going on vacation because we can cuddle to fall asleep, separate while we sleep and spread out, then in the morning cuddle again. Best of both worlds
