Late to the game, but... she was under oath. She was legally obligated to tell the truth. So not perjuring yourself is the standard we hold people to now?
Also, she had her staff use segregated entrances and segregated bathrooms. Which is not just racist, but ILLEGAL. And PS, these allegations that were brought by a manager at her restaurant? The manager was a white woman who was sick of seeing her employees treated that way.
