Any fun arm, thigh and butt exercises for 2nd trimester?

Hi Ladies! I'm looking for any fun ideas on how to tone up. I need to get back on the band wagon after my long first trimester nap;)

    Swimming and water aerobics are good for pregnant women!
  • If you were a previous exerciser, you can continue to do what you were doing in the 2nd trimester.  But, if you weren't and are beginning something new, you have to check with your OB for guidelines and restrictions. 

    Pool exercise is great for pregnancy especially because it isn't jarring to your joints.  

    Consult someone you trust to give you exercises.
