It's a short-ish week. I'm working Friday, hence the ish. What's on the menu this week? Include any BBQ or holiday dishes!
Monday: veggie risotto (that I was supposed to make last week) with grilled apple chicken sausage
Tuesday: stuffed shells
Wednesday: tbd
Thursday/4th of July: we have yet to make plans but if we're invited somewhere, I have some things I may make.
Friday: DH is off with the kid and I'm working so I think maybe grilling something, if the stupid weather holds!
Misc: I have some apples that are on the verge of going bad so I'm going to make a Jewish apple cake, we have some gorgeous pickling cucumbers from our CSA so I'll be making pickles and we also have some delightful looking fava beans so I'm going to throw together a hummus style dip. The last one I will bring if we're invited to any BBQs.

Sun- we had YoGo for dinner, the kids thought it was awesome. We did have a bigger late lunch though
Mon- marinated London Broil on the grill, corn on the cob, salad
Tues- penne marinara, salad, garlic bread
Wed- pork chops of sorts, yams, roasted broccoli
Thurs- Invited to MIL's for BBQ, I know we are bringing steamed beer shrimp. I also want to make a fun dessert so looking forward to some posts or I will be hounding pinterest
Fri- Invited to a crab/drunk fest at my cousins, I am bringing Ice Cream Sandwich cake plus a dip of sorts, want to try something new...
Sat- Probably the boardwalk trifecta: pizza, curley fries and ice cream

Sun - marinated and grilled bone-in pork chops with corn on the cob and cheesy rice.
Tonight - marinated chicken with cous-cous and mixed sauted veggies
Tues - cheese tortellini with spinach in a cream cheese and tomatoe sauce
Wed - BBQ ribs with some sort of side
Thursday and Friday - we are going to my inlaws and probably doing lots of BBQ stuff
Saturday - we have another BBQ
Tonight- Salad- I am on my own.
Tuesday- Steak, mashed potatoes and a vegetable
Wednesday- Out
Thursday- BBQ- Will make a dessert and appetizer
Friday- Pizza at the shore
Saturday- Grilled Chicken, Corn on the Cob and Side is TBD
Sunday- Out
Sunday--Penne pasta with tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, and chicken
Tonight--pork chops stuffed with spinach and feta. Rice and broccoli on the side
Tomorrow--Zucchini, black bean and chicken quesadilla
Thursday--BBQ at my moms. She's making burgers, chicken and all of the sides. I'm making cherry pie squares and vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Friday-Saturday--not sure
