How's the work outs going?!
I went to the gym last night and plan to go tonight, tomorrow and Friday. With 8 hour days, I don't have an excuse NOT to go.
Mon - 10 mins bike, 20 mins arc trainer, 20 mins walking
Tues - 10 mins bike, 20 mins ST circuit, 10-20 min walking
Wed - 10 mins bike, 20 mins arc trainer, 20 mins walking
Thurs - Rest for the Holiday!
Fri - 10 mins bike, 20 mins ST circuit, 10-20 min walking
Sat - Rest but we'll see

my workout schedule has been pretty steady. same ole zumba on saturday, ripped on monday, running in between.
oh and Janet joined me for RIPPED last night so that was fun
