4th of July Plans?
I'm sure some people have already taken off for the holiday and others will be heading out today or tomorrow. Either way, this place will be dead from Thursday through Sunday so lets talk about our holiday plans early!

Now that I'm no longer a high risk pregnancy (still dancing and jigging), I'm heading up to CT for the 4th where I'll partake in the traditional picnicking, fireworks and BBQ's with family and friends. I've taken Friday and all of next week off as well. Saturday I'll be heading up to Maine with my mom, sister, BIL, niece and nephew (a trip I wasn't allow to take just 36 hours ago!). I'm still planning to come back from the trip a bit early, maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, so I can get some things done around the house. I'm sooo looking forward to some solid relaxation time!

I am working on Friday; which was stupid on my part to not take off. We will stay around here on Thursday. DH wants to go to a local parade where he grew up, and stopping by his cousin's bbq in the same area. He will head to the shore from there, and I will resort home to relax by the pool. I will head down the shore mid day on Friday because I assume no one will be here and can cut out early, and come home on Monday evening.

The fourth we are just going to a bbq...we will be the only childless couple should be interesting..all the "when are you having one" questions.
Our week VK down in NWW starts Saturday...We are thinking about heading down Friday depending if we can find someones' shore house to crash at for the night before we can get into our Condo we rented on Saturday. So excited!
I took off Friday so it will be a 11 day no work! WOO!
The 4th we don't have any plans. My kid tends to hit the sack by 8 so I want to pack stuff into the day. Trying to talk DH into going to Penn's Landing or the Party on the Parkway or something. I think we'll catch a local parade in the morning.
Friday I have work,
. I am anticipating an early dismissal so maybe we'll catch some first Friday stuff.
The rest of the weekend we have no plans. If the weather holds (even though it's not supposed to), I'd live to do a beach day!
Back from vacation, still wish I was at the shore.
DH has to work in the am on the 4th, then just hanging at home, probably sit out with the neighbors.
Still have no kitchen, its getting there though, kitchen floor is tiles and cabinets are in. I think today if the weather holds, siding will go up outside. Still have to paint and work to be done in dining room. Then off to pick out hardwood floors for living room and dining room.
Off on Friday. No plans for the weekend at all.
I have full-on vacation brain right now. We're hope in the 'Ville for the first time in 10 years for the 4th. So, we are going to have a bbq with friends, maybe head over to another friends for a dip in their pool and then fireworks.
I'm off on Friday, and we head to the shore on Sunday for the week. Hoping to get lotsa miles in on the boardwalk, beers, and beach naps. Back on Saturday and then we have a race on the 14th. I'm sure we'll also "celebrate" the end of vacation with a dinner out on Sunday.
12 whole days between work days! I love the people I work with, but it'll be nice to have time off and recharge.
Mr. D's grandparents always host a huge 4th party so we'll go there. We'll be home to put Jack to bed by 8 and then we'll listen to all the fireworks go off around our house and scare the crap out of our dog.
We're closed on Friday thanks to a last minute decision!
Saturday night Mr. D and I have Phils tickets and Jack is sleeping away from home without us for the first night! My dad and stepmom are taking him. Too bad I can't even drink and sleep in to take advantage of it!

Hoping for an early closing at work tomorrow, but they did just decide to close the office on Friday, so that might be asking too much.
On Thursday, going to a BBQ at my mom's, but so far that's about all I have planned for the weekend. I'm just so tired lately that I don't care if I sleep for four days.
Nothing planned here. I have to work on Friday since my sick/vacation bank now has a negative balance thanks to maternity leave.
My brother may be BBQing on the 4th. My uncle used to do this every year, so this year will be a bit sad for us.
I may also work some more in DS's still unfinished nursery. Don't judge. At the rate we're going, it will be done by the time he is 5.

My poor dog is so afraid of them that even if on the tv during a commercial he runs and hides.
talk to your vet they can give you a tranq for the evening. Makes all the difference in the world. Also if you haven't tried it before the thunder shirt works great for one of our dogs.
I work Wednesday night til 9:30, then am actually heading out to a local bar for a friend's 30th celebration.
Thursday we are going to a friend's family's BBQ and catching the parade in Glenside.
Friday I'll take the kids to music class in the early afternoon, then working 3-9:30.
Work Saturday 12-5:30. Maybe looking at some houses over the weekend...we are getting ready to list ours, but haven't seen anything we're in love with yet. Hoping our realtor gets back to us with good news about getting in to see a couple we liked via photos...because if we can't get in this weekend, we are screwed- DH is away the following weekend, then our realtor is away, then the last weekend of July she already wants to have an open house at our house...this is all so nerve wracking!

Tomorrow we are headed to IL's for a bbq then right to the shore from there.
Friday- DH is working from home, me and the kids will probably go for a boat ride with my dad or maybe the waterpark. Then crabfest at my cousins
Sat-Sun- beach as long as possible.... summertime and the livin's easy!
