Rhodiola? Fact or Fiction?
I've been taking Rhodiola for a few weeks. Rhodiola is golden root and is supposed to help with either mood or focus, depending on what you read. Regardless, it seems to be helping me. I don't notice a difference when I take it per se, it's more like a notice a difference if I don't take it, if that makes sense.
Just wondering if anyone else had any experiences with it.

I mainly use it when I run (either outside or inside on the treadmill) and I definitely notice a difference when I forget to take it before my run. I feel like I struggle a little bit more to get thru the workout.
My brother also takes it and says it definitely helps him focus more, but I don't find that to be the case unless I'm running.
