Well...I'm not sure. DH has a bazilion recruits in town this weekend so they are taking them to Mikata's tonight and he just called and invited me. But I don't really want to go. I'm not a super huge fan of the food and I don't really feel like being with recruits tonight. But, it may also be my only chance to see DH this weekend. Ugh...

I made Taco Soup too!!  I used the recipe out of Kraft Food and Family Magazine.  It was good.

Oooo!  That Taco Soup was tasty....I can't take all the credit though...I found it on Monica's food blog.  Let us know if you like it.

I thought it was delicious. I'm going to send the recipe to my son; I told him about it tonight and he said it sounded good. He needs some easy and quick recipes since he has to cook for himself. If Lauren is reading this I bet that Brandon would like it and you could do a meatless version for yourself maybe using broth. The only thing I didn't have that the recipe called for was sour cream. YUM, thanks for sharing Monica's recipe.

Glad you liked it!!!  I had shrimp with polenta, hericot verts, capers, & cherry tomatoes in a buerre blance sauce...wish I could say I made it, but I didn't!  We went out to eat at Mezza Luna.  It was delicious!  Right now, I'm eating the Godiva chocolate creme brule that we brought home with us...yum!
