I'd say the best way it to get out in the garden and give them a try, but that's just me!
If they are older tools, I don't know how much luck you'd have with an online source but I'm sure a quick trip to your local hardware store or nursery (during a quieter time of day) with everything in tow and the staff should be able to get you straight with what you have.
I don't know where to find exactly what you're looking for...but here's a good article on the Top 10 tools to have. I bet a lot of your grandma's are on here. I feel like those which have lasted over time are probably the best!
