This dress is elegant and romantic! You will feel like a princess in this dress! It has been worn once but looks brand new! I bought it new and wore it in May 2013.
It is a fit flare with a corset back and sweetheart neckline. I have seen others add straps to this dress as well, but this one does not have the straps. The bodice is covered in ruching with a long train and has a gorgeous balloon hem.
It was dry cleaned to perfection immediately after the wedding. There are no rips, tears, stains, etc. There is a little brown on the tips of the corset string.
The only alterations it has had is 4 bustles put in the train. They were positioned perfectly to create a beautiful appearance when bustled and to spread out the weight of the train. It is not heavy and stays out the way when bustled.
The dress was hemmed to fit my height with my shoes on. I am 5'4" and wore 4 &1/2" heels with this dress and it just touched the ground.
The dress is a size ten but since it is a corset can fit similar sizes.
I paid $1300.00 for it new from the boutique. I'm asking $800.00 for it because I also put it in the bustles which was approx $200.00.
