Possible to build a prefab house?
Hi there,
I was looking to move houses and figured a prefab house is a possibility. I'm from Sydney and want to know how much it all cost to get one completed in the North region of Sydney.
I've got a lot of questions just because I have no idea, so it'll be good if someone explains who I can contact, where It would be best to build and how long it takes from getting council permission to buying land and building.
Also, is it a definite that only certain locations will permit me to build a prefabricated home? If you need to correct me please do so. As I said, I have no idea. I referred to this site for initial thoughts. http://www.chinaprefabhouse.com/
