Thank you for your business

We stopped at our new house yesterday and found a package.  I hadn't ordered anything, and had no idea what it was.  It turns out it was from the counter top company (Cambria), it was a cheeseboard to match our counter tops.

I can't remember the last time I got a thank you gift from a business.  It was such a nice surprise and amazing how something so small can make your day.

  • The company that did my parents' granite gave them an awesome carving board and care kit as a thank you. I thought it was a very nice touch.
  • I'm jealous! The only thing we got from our countertop installer was a huge amount of inconvenience and a whole lot of attitude!
  • Yep, we got that, too!.  It's really brilliant marketing, b/c when do you put a cheese board out?  At parties.  Parties where people will ask you all about your kitchen.  Not only does it have the emblem, but it has a great story about customer service SO GREAT that you got a TY gift for doing business w/ them!

    Hehe.

I love my counters though, so I recommend to everyone anyway. :)
