His full name (everyone's in as full names) but then (Husband) after his last name (so my phone thinks his last name is Last Name (Husband) ha). I read somewhere that you should do something like that because God forbid you're ever in an accident and an EMT or the like is looking in your phone for an emergency contact,t hat's an easy way to find out who to call.

It's his full name.  It does that automatically because of syncing contacts with gmail and facebook.  I never really thought to change it.  He has me as just Yasmin with no last name.

I think there are two records for him in my phone. So, when he calls it says his First Name or First and Last Name. Perhaps I should change that...

It's just his first name. I always call him Ken (I leave Kenneth for the moms) but at no point has he ever called me Steph. It's a quirk of his.

Ricky.  His name is Richard but I have never ever called him that.  We met at work and his sister was our general manager so he became Ricky there because that's what she calls him so when I started that's what I knew him as. 

 

He has me in his phone as "the wife".

He's in there as David LastName. Everything's synced with facebook. When we didn't have smart phones I had him in there as Facey or Face Face....our nicknames for each other. haha. 

ETA: My phone has an emergency contact section on the unlock screen and so I have in the notes section that he's my husband so someone knows who they're calling in case of an emergency.

He's under his first name, last name. That's how all my contacts are. However, he's the only person under my favorites : )

We are under each other's first names.  I set up the bluetooth in the car so that I have to say "Handsome" to call DH. lol
