So I just announced the news to you girls on Monday. I have taken so many pregnancy tests that I lost count because I just HAVE to keep seeing that line. All of them positive. I think I'm 5 weeks today. We still have not told the rest of our parents. Just my dad and stepmom. But what I need to vent about is that, I'm scared!
I know I'm still SOOO early in the pregnancy. I cant pinpoint it exactly but most of the time I don't FEEL pregnant and I'm SO worried
Like the universe is playing some sick joke on me with all of these positive tests!
Of course all I do now is google google google baby everything.....
The only symptoms I've had this week are extremely sore boobs, they have been sore since the day I ovulated and every single day since (that was the first clue that gave it away that something was 'different'), I have made more trips to the restroom then I used to. I am either EXTREMELY bloated or I have a teeny tiny little baby bump. I DONT KNOW! I am tired.. but I was always tired before I got preg. I can cry at the drop of a hat.... but a lot of women are emotional like the preg or not.
Anyway I guess what I'm needing, is to just vent and hear that everything will be alright. I could go talk to a friend but I just felt right about asking you girls. For ya'll that are pregnant, how soon did you find out you were pregnant and did you ever feel the same way really early on or did you instantly feel pregnant? I have my first DR appt scheduled for July 25th. But I want confirmation NOW that everything is ok!! I pray about it when I get down or worried but sometimes the fear is consuming..
Thanks for listening.... ![]()

Re: Need to vent :(
I'm 25 weeks today and honestly I didn't feel pregnant until I felt him move. I have only gained 3 lbs and I don't look pregnant (most of the time.) It honestly will hit everyone at different times and it's normal not to feel it yet. It's also normal to be scared and nervous I promise you we all felt it at that point.
I will say as far as your symptoms you sound right on track that's about all you will feel at this point. Also the emotional part is just from everything going on and the extra hormones. The bloat unfortunately will stay bloat for a little while and it's all just bloat which honestly sucks.
Also Dr Google as TB calls it is your worst friend right now. It will give you crazy answers and make you think the worst. Start now just not even googling things with symptoms. Things will change and fast so don't rush anything I promise you will hope for them to go away soon.
I hope you feel better soon but just know a lot of us have been there and we are here if you need us!!!
You have plenty of normal symptoms right now! It's common for more symptoms to come later on...like in a few weeks..so try to enjoy having manageable symptoms right now.
I found out I was pregnant at 3w5d so very early. And I didn't feel very pregnant and still don't feel tht pregnant right now. I puked for a week around 11 weeks and that was it.
I highly recommend joining the bump. Find your birth month board and get to know the ladies there who are also going through the same things as you are. I promise the bump is not as scary as it seems.
Try not to worry I know it's hard and the first bunch of weeks drag on so slowly. Try to keep busy with other things so you're not constantly overanalizing your symptoms etc..

The first time I felt pregnant right away. This time is was closer to 12 weeks when people found out that it felt real.
I second the staying away from Dr Google. Symptoms come and go everyday and sometimes you have none.
Im sorry your worried and I know how you feel. I was worried till 12 weeks, then I started feeling comfortable with things.
Thank you girls for taking the time to comfort me! I will definitely follow your advice and try to keep calm about all of this!
XOXO

I didn't start feeling pregnant until I felt him move. When I found out, I was further along than you are now so obviously I didn't feel pregnant then! Lol Honestly though, it didn't really hit me until I starting showing and he started moving.
I know its nerve racking to have to wait but just try to relax. I'm sure everything is okay!
