Tattoo artist in Vegas?
DH and I will be staying in Vegas in December and decided that we would like to get tattoos together while we're there. We don't want to just walk into some hole in the wall place, but we're not looking for anything too extravigant either. (nothing real custom for us) Just looking for someone who is recommended and clean. Any recs would be greatly appreciated!
