Anyone been on a Disney Cruise?

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has been on a Disney Cruise and is willing to share their experience (good, bad, where did you go, anything you recommend, etc.)

My H and I are thinking about doing a Disney Cruise next summer/fall with another couple that we know who are some of our best friends. We are all in our early to mid-20s and don't have kids--would it be weird for us to go even though we don't have little ones? We all think it would be a fun trip, but don't know much about Disney Cruise lines or what to expect (H and I have cruised before on Carnival, but I don't think our friends have ever been on a cruise).

Thanks in advance!

This!  We went with our kids on the Mexican Riveria cruise.  We took advantage of their childcare in order to hang out at the adults-only areas.  They have an awesome restaurant on the top, pool, cafe area free of kids.  They also offer a lot of activities geared towards all ages.

  • Awesome, thanks guys! We weren't sure if things were going to be more family-oriented (nothing wrong with that, we all love kids!), or if there would be things for just the adults to do. Sounds like we'll be planning a trip for next year--can't wait! :)
