Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Toning Tuesday

How's the work outs going?

I went to the gym 3 times last week. I keep improving so that's good.  I think I'm adding ST to my cardio this week.  And keeping up with my planks.  Shooting for 4 times this week!

  • I mostly ran on vacay.  There was a "jogging" deck on the cruise and I tried running it, but I got a few dirty looks so I started using the treadmill instead.  And I tried to use the stairs on the ship as much as possible, much to H's chagrin.
