They retrieved 9 eggs! We were striving for quality over quantity.
This particular cycle is over though. My uterus is a bit ahead of schedule so if they did a transfer in 5 days my uterus wouldn't be ideal for implantation. So they will freeze all embryos that develop to 5 days and then transfer one back into me next month.
They said their frozen cycles are typically more successful than fresh cycles because they have better control of your uterus, so we're happy with this plan.
So now we just need to wait 5 days to see which eggs fertilize and develop to 5 days.
Ben picked me up some chicken nuggets and French fries so I'm happy, full and going to sleep!
