  • I went to the gym 3 times last week. WOOHOO and got some new work out clothes from old navy - on sale!  Actually I already had some, I just got more colors haha. 

    But I haven't been to the gym all week.  Plan to go tonight.  yesterday I forgot my sport bra so that wasn't happening haha.  I'm going to start more ST this week. 

    I'm starting to notice some more leeway in my clothes, so I'm feeling good right now.

  • Congrats Mana!!  I am also starting to see a difference in clothes.  It's just a teeny bit but its something.

    We went to the gym 4 nights last week and I will be going 4 nights this week too.  I did my max on bench press on Monday.  It was about 90 lbs!!  Yay!!

    I hope that we can keep our momentum going once we buy the house next week.

  • I am .4 pounds away from hitting 30 lost. Soooo close! Hopefully I get my mani and pedi this weekend!

    H has been hitting the pool with me the last few weeks. He recently got a physical and this cholesterol was high, so it kicked him in the butt to get eating better and excercising regularly again.

    Great job Mana and Cathy, I hope you motivation continues!

  • I'm up 4lbs from Nationals last week.  I drank a lot of beer. Stick out tongue  Getting back into the groove this week.  It's really hard with how hot and humid it is here right now.  It was funny at Nationals last week, people traveled from everywhere to show there.  None of them could believe how humid it is here.  I was asked if the weather is ever pleasant in this state, lol!
  • With all the medical stuff I had going on, I've put the gym and eating super healthy on the back burner.  Thankfully I didn't gain any weight during my month off.  H and I started doing two protein shakes a day (breakfast and lunch) and eating a healthy dinner.  It's going really good so far and the protein shakes keep me full between meals.

    I'm hoping to get back in the gym today.  We were planning on going yesterday, but didn't get out of work until 7pm and I had a massive headache.  I don't feel too bad for missing though because I was pretty active at work and I had physical therapy in the afternoon.
