Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Instrutions: How to lock the touch screen and home button - iPhone/iPad
I've been trying to find a way to stop G from shutting down videos on my phone and ipad. I was pretty convinced that there was no way to do this. But thanks to the power of Google and reading a very long support thread, I figured it out. I was so happy to find this info, I thought I would share it...
It's called Guided Access:
Go to:
Settings --> General --> Accessibility
Slide Guided Access to On
Go the video or app and triple tap the Home button.
When the Guided Access bar displays around your app, press Start.
To go back to normal, triple tap the Home button again, press End.
