I saw your WTF about coffee and I was going to tell you 1 cup a day is fine. You can have up to 300 mg of caffeine a day. Here's a chart I use as a general rule it may not be accurate but it gives you something to actually visualize.

Also I was going to tell you for medicines since you have been feeling bad you can check Webmd for a list. All drs are different but once again it's just a general list you can check on until you see the dr!

I drink one medium iced coffee every single day. I'd die without it!
And besides checking web md, you can totally call your doctor even though you haven't been in for an appointment yet. They can tell you what's ok and what's not.

I really appreciate all the input y'all are amazing!
So I FINALLY feel better with all the sinus stuff. The congestion is finally easing up! Thank goodness! I called my doctors office on Monday and they told me I could take mucinex and Benadryl. So I took a Benadryl at bedtime since I know those make me sleepy. And that was Monday night.
Yesterday and Tuesday I didn't take anything. Except I did start doing the NeilMed sinus relief stuff. Where you squirt the stuff through your sinus cavities and its comes out the other side of your nose!! Hahaha! Its not as bad as it sounds and I think that has helped A LOT! This stuff. I highly recommend it.
And I still drink my one cup of coffee every morning!
But for SOME reason my coffee hasn't tasted as amazing as it usually did before I was pregnant
But I drink it because its a routine in the morning at work ya know.

I have a Netti pot and Love it! Nice and natural.
Another option for you is to switch to decaf or even halfcaf to cut back on the caffeine, but only if you can live without. I gave up caffeine when we were trying so it was easier on me. I still have the occasional MCDs sweet tea or a few sips of Coke once and a while though.
