I messed up!
I put enough chicken for tonight and tomorrow's dinner in the broiler...then added taco seasoning since I'm making quesadilla things tonight.
But then I just remembered that I wanted to make pancit (basically Filipino chow mein) tomorrow!
and now all the chicken is seasoned with taco spices.
Is it worth trying to shred it and hope that the pancit seasoning will overpower the taco one? Any suggestions on how I could possibly save the meat?
Thanks in advance! c:

LOL. Aren't we all? c:
Thanks, I'll give that a shot, then shred it to pieces...hopefully that'll help the noodle seasoning override the taco one.
