Randomness

What is the most random or odd thing your significant other has taught you.

Me well I never grew up with a toaster oven just a microwave and oven. I have since been taught how fantastic a toaster oven is and the wonderful world of "toasted cheese" not grill cheese toasted cheese. LOVE IT

Re: Randomness

  • This is embarrassing. My husband taught me how to scramble eggs.

He also taught me how to cut his hair and now I do that for him every few weeks.

  • Mine taught me a couple things, I'll start with the odd. Hot dogs in macaroni and cheese. It is so good.

For the random: how to mow the lawn with a push mower.

  • I love toasted cheese!  It's the only way I ever make grilled cheese, but that's the way my mom always made it when I was a kid.  Something my husband taught me was putting Italian dressing in eggs while they're cooking in the pan.  It sounds weird, but it's so good!

  • After driving for over 13 years independently, my hubby taught me how to navigate the 'ever-stressful' roundabouts in the UK.
