Re: *~*sgautschi*~*
I just got back and I had lost a little weight. Instead of a 10lb gain it was only 6. My BP was normal, so she said to come back next week to see how my weight and BP are doing, since its still a decently high weight gain, but for now just to rest and up my fluids.
Thanks for thinking of me.
Not to be too tmi, but have you been pooping? I notice a surprising amount of weight gain when I am constipated.
Stay hydrated! Glad your Bp was good!
When you've been married this long, you need a ticker to remind you.

So glad to hear everything was okay! Maybe Adalyn had a growth spurt
Another thing about the swelling is to watch your salt intake. Too much salt can lead to more swelling and drink lots and lots of water!

Yeah, and actually I've been a little on the looser side. So I probably am just dehydrated. It's so hard to keep up on the fluids in this heat. It's going to be in the 100s again this weekend.
