Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Last Walk Through is done...
Did the final walk through today. 
Kinda just a formality... it's a foreclosure sale and I didn't ask for anything to be fixed. But we did find my missing termite inspection (mandatory here) sheets that everyone was scrounging for. LOL I didn't know the guy left them for me on the counter and there they were.... still there with all the other real estate promotional paperwork that everyone kept leaving in the home.
My last official singning is now re-scheduled for tentatively Monday (see rant below). Will be confirmed with my Title lady sometime Monday. The cool thing is because this has been a bit of a hassle, they have hired a mobile notary to come to me either on my lunch or sometime after work to the place of my choice - at their expense.
So, everything should be recorded by Tuesday or Wednesday... After the paperwork is overnighted to the title company, who is out of state.
Sooooooo.. I should be getting keys by Wednesday - Friday of this coming week! Yea!!!!!!!!

Oh Em Gee... They moved the signing date AGAIN. *Suppousedly* it's going to happen tomorrow. I swear to Goodness my lender is freeking killing me. Now they are up to 3 days worth of penalties because they are late. "We're backed up" is what I keep hearing from my mortgage guy's assistant as to what the lender is saying to her.
So... so far scheduled to sign at 4:30 tomorrow, papers overnighted to California (where the title company is). They will then do their thing Wednesday/Thursday and I *should* have the keys by Friday.
Ugh!!!!
As much as I don't have to be out of the current place right away, I just want the rest of it to be done!!!
