Only my H - Wedding band

I've been jokingly pointing out whenever H forgets his wedding band.  It's most of the time.  I think it's because it's black and so are our night stands.  He remembers when he puts it on the bathroom counter since it's white.  Anyway,  H has been threatening to get a thick black band tattooed on his finger. 

This weekend we were joking about this tattoo, and he said it's not going to be a band anymore, but "I forgot".  Which I think is hilarious, since I was going to inscribe his band with "PUT ME BACK ON".

(Just want to point out I really don't care if he wears it, I just think it's funny)

My H forgets to put his wedding band on all the time too. Usually, I hand it to him and say "here...be married today" LOL.

I love it! haha. Both ideas are hilarious of the "wedding band" or "I forgot" he could totally combine them. I'm guilty of forgetting mine more often than H, actually! I refuse to wear mine when I put lotion on, shower, cook, wash dishes, etc. I also usually take them off when I'm going to exercise because my fingers get really swollen, so for menial at home and run errand things, I usually forget them.

Yea usually when I'm home, my rings are off, esp in the summer when my fingers are more like sausages.  But going to work I always remember since it's in my routine.  If we go out to get something last minute, I probably don't have them on, and we say "guess we're not married right now!". 

He keeps saying one day I'm going to come home and he'll have it tattoo'd... I'll keep y'all updated!
