Job Search Help--HR Professionals, please come in, too!

I am posting this for a friend and may eventually delete, just to be up front.

My friend works in the medical field as a registered nurse in a private practice doctor's office.  It is not a good situation and she is anxious to look for something else, probably in a hospital environment.

This is her first "real" nursing job and she is apprehensive to even include it on her resume, as she is afraid of the ramifications if her current employer finds out that she is actively looking.

Also, she has been there for barely two months, so she is afraid that she will just look like she is "job-hopping."

I think that it is important that she include the current employer on her resume, though, as it is her only professional experience in the field.  I'm not sure how to advise her to navigate through this, though, without tipping off (or upsetting) her current employer.

In my industry, it is common practice to let your boss know ahead of time when you are looking/interviewing, so I am not sure how to help her with this.

Any advice/suggestions/tips would be much appreciated.  Thank you!
