Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

How are the work outs going?
Last week I sucked. I only went to the gym Wednesday. But I'm back on track. I went last night! Plan to go Wed,Fri, Sat. I'm noticing my clothes fitting better, but the scale is so up and down.

I ran yesterday and did some stuff with weights/cardio Sunday and this morning.
Meanwhile after running on the treadmill during the cruise I realized that it is kind of cool to see how far you're going, so I downloaded the Nike+ running app. Apparently my normal route is longer than I realized!
