EEEEE and jlq

EEEE - The Bump has a constant virus message that pops up when people visit the site.  I wouldn't be surprised if The Nest had one, too.  It happens when navigating to the site on a certain browser (for me, IE) and the problem isn't actually on your computer.  Just wanted to offer some hope for Nesting.

jlq - I'm so sorry about your husband having a tumor!!  How scary!!!  I'm glad the surgery went well.

This is exactly what was happening, thanks!  Maybe I'll try nesting from Mozilla from now on once things at work calm down (and I may still wait a bit because I think the guy in IT hates me right now and I don't want to risk another virus.)  This also makes sense as to why I never have any issues at home since I don't use IE.

The IT guy took a picture of what the virus was showing on my computer and it was actually pretty comical.  It had this "official" looking thing with all the FBI, CIA, etc. logos saying that homeland security had taken over my computer because of viruses.  And I had to pay $300 for homeland security to fix my computer.  I give it an A for effort and originality.

jlq - glad everything went well :)

Apparently it is nothing to worry about at all. His surgery only last liked 10 minutes. The Dr. said over time it could have gotten worse, so that's why he wanted it out now. He gave me the technical name for it, but I forgot it. He wasn't concerned, so neither am I now.  :)
