Toning Tuesday

How are the work outs going?

I went to the gym twice last week, and already went once this week.  Shooting for 3 times.  Scale is slowly making it's way south - woohoo!

  • I have been running every other day and recently increased the distance.  And I've been doing different cardio/weight workouts on my non-running days.
  • Im going to the gym today and starting c25k over again. My only goal is to actually make it there.  Its very hard to do something like this alone. Im always more motivated when DH goes with me. Like I have to prove I can workout as hard as him. Which is totally rediculous because hes usually the one that gets done first.

    Well, I haven't exactly toned anything..but it's day 2 of WW and I'm freaking starving! This weight better melt off. I remember last time thinking I got so many points and I rarely used all my daily points. This time I feel like I could eat all my points at breakfast- wth! And my township is having a fair this week and we're going tonight- WW or no WW this chick is eating a funnel cake!
