Favorite veggie side dish for chicken?

Quick poll: what's your fave veggie side dish to serve with chicken.  Mine is broccoli.  Dh likes spinach.  What's yours?

Asparagus when it's in season, otherwise broccoli.

We cut up fresh yellow squash and zucchini, mix with a can of stewed tomatoes, sprinkle some cheese overtop and bake until cheese is bubbly...yummy!!

Roasted broccoli with Parmesan cheese or roasted cauliflower with the same.

Roasted potatoes

It depends what kind of chicken.  If the chicken doesn't have a sauce, I like to have something like roasted potatoes and green beans.  If it does have a sauce, I want something to soak up the sauce, like mashed potatoes or creamy polenta with a veggie like a salad or green beans.
