Sorry...Outer Banks ? again! (pet)

You girls are going to strangle me with my OB questions! Probably say she won't play with us but always has to ask stuff...lol

So we are staying a night on way down then getting up early to get to bridge  before traffic. If you have a dog...what did you do all day while waiting for house to open? This is for my SIL who is bringing their dog. Find a place to chill and have dog outside? I seriously don't remember what we did with our dog and 2 others when I use to go down with ex. I should remember but is 11 years a good excuse to forget? Heehe. Thanks!

  • I could talk about obx forever. So no worries. We were just there 2 weeks ago. Stayed in Corolla. We got stuck due to accident 13 miles before the bridge and lost some time. Got up to Corolla about 1:30 ish instead of noon like GPS predicted. We went to this Philly cheesecake place and had lunch. Then walked around the shoppes. We also alerted our realtor we were there and they called us when house was ready. You could easily have the dog while walking to the shops. Just not go all the way in. You can get food to go. You will see plenty of dogs. Not sure if that helps! Have fun.

  • Ha! A new place we tried this year in Corolla is called Uncle Ike's in the Corolla Light shopping plaza. It was great. Fish tacos were the best I've had.
  • Ok thanks. I am not a seafood person but MH might want to try them! We leave on the 9th...yay!!!
