So today is DHs birthday. We are at the house painting and then tonight we are going to Chipotles for dinner. I think that I am going to get him a ping pong table for the basement since he has been harassing me about it so much. 

Now I want to know What did you do for DHs last birthday?

H's birthday is two weeks before Christmas. I bought him a really nice watch since he didn't have one. And I made him a lovely steak dinner.

We didn't do much. We stayed home, ordered takeout, and spent time with our son and newborn daughter

For H's birthday we rented a cabin in Helen, GA. Every year in May they have a gigantic VW gathering there called southernworthersee (SoWo) and he loves to go. Last year was our first year, but we didn't stay overnight. This year we got a cabin and drove around and hiked some waterfalls and did the show...It was fun!

My H's too!  We went out to a nice dinner at one of our favorite restaurants.  My old assistant principal was there celebrating her H's birthday also.  She saw us before we saw her and she sent us a round of drinks   I bought him some clothes that he needed and a new coat.  Not fun, but he got video games for Christmas.

Cathy, I think that's so cool that you're buying H a ping pong table. Have fun!!

We went to our favorite restaurant to get dinner and watch the NFL game. His team lost miserably, and then the food bothered my gallbladder and I wound up in the ER. So it was a pretty terrible birthday, the poor guy. I hope to make it up to him this year.

Today's my cousin's birthday too!

DH's birthday is at the end of August, so that period of time last year is a complete blur in my mind given that it was less than 2 months before the wedding LOL! I'm pretty sure that I surprised him with a nice steak dinner when he got home from work though.

DH's birthday is in 25 days and i have no idea what to get him! It will probably be something i can order online since i don't leave the house these days...soccer socks?!?!?

Last year for his birthday he was away at his bachelor party, so I think i just bought him clothes or something like that and made him dinner when he got home...

He wanted a bluetooth headset for driving his tractor trailer.  He picked it out, I got it on amazon.  Then we went to his favorite restaurant - Famous Dave's.

His birthday was on Holy Saturday, and we didn't do much.  I did make him a blueberry swirl cheesecake though.  I few days after Easter we went to my parents house for a belated birthday dinner.

Every year, we throw a big crawfish boil and celebrate H's birthday at the same time.  This year I was able to get some Yuengling for him (it's not sold in Texas), which is one of his favorite beers.  He was really happy

He was still on swing shifts so it was hard to plan things.  I think I just cooked him his favorite dinner and her work the overnight shift.  I'm excited that he now works better hours.  This year w'll be able to actually do something for his birthday.

H was working a double on us birthday in June. I think I brought him home a cupcake and lit a candle for him when he got home. The following weekend we went to a nice dinner with a gift card my parents sent. 

Cathy, I'm jelly of the ping pong table, maybe I can convince H to put one in his man cave!
