Anything fun/special planned for the month of August?

Rants: My to do list is getting super long and I'm getting overwhelmed.
Raves: It's Friday and I'm so ready to be off work!!
Weekend Plans: Tonight H and I are going to dinner and then to do some shopping. Tomorrow we are cleaning up the house inside and out and working on some projects. Then we are picking up the baby furniture and H and his cousin are going to put it together and we are having dinner with him and his wife. Sunday I have a massage planned and H has some projects he needs to finish making.
August Plans: We have a lot going on I have a busy weekend, doctors appointments, a couples wedding shower, a baby shower, my baby shower, shopping, getting everything cleaned organized and set up, and then trying to relax.
We're headed to Boston for a Red Sox game! We're driving there tonight and staying with friends. Hanging out in Boston for the day, going to the game and staying the night again. Then Sunday we're heading to CT to visit a friend who now lives in DC, but is visiting his parents. We don't get to see him very often, maybe once or twice a year. It will be a lot of driving but I'm excited to see people!
We have a busy August ahead of us! Boston/CT this weekend. We're home next weekend, but H is off so we're going to try and do fun stuff (maybe the drive-in). The following weekend friends will be visiting with their parents who live in CA. The weekend after that the ILs will be visiting. And then we'll be at the Cape for Labor Day weekend. I get exhausted just thinking about it!
Weekend Plans : Tonight our friends invited us over for dinner, so that should be fun, Saturday we going down to MD to visit friends and go to a family party on Sunday.
Rants: Work has been crazy and sucky
Raves: Its the weekend and I took off Monday because I had to or I would lose it so Im using it to just get our house back in order, it looks like a twister hit it!
August: no real plans as of yet
Rants- this week has just been pretty yucky. The weather has been kind of gloomy and work has been not so great.
Raves- We got our pre-approval worked out and we are meeting with a realtor on Monday to go over what we are looking for, Also, H got promoted!!! It involves a transfer to a different store but the possibility of a lot more money.
August plans- My dad is getting married next weekend. H and I have to share our hotel room (a suite, thankfully) with my brother and his girlfriend. They waited too long and the rooms are too expensive. Yes! That's why we booked months ago and told you to do the same. Sooo, whatever. We are all also driving to Pensecola together. At least he is paying for half the gas! I am also hoping to talk H into taking me to a movie tonight!
Weekend Plans? Going up to Maine tonight with my Mom. H will be coming up tomorrow after he gets out of work. I'm excited to see my friends and family
Raves? I get to go to the beach this weekend!!
Rants?Everyone at work is on vacation next week (even my boss) so it's going to be painfully slow and boring around here all week long.
Anything fun/special planned for the month of August? Nothing really. Trying to get up to Maine as much as possible since it's the last "real" month of the summer.

Weekend plans: I am working both jobs tomorrow, so another 12 hour it is! But I do have Sunday off. I need to do some meal planning for the next week and make things ahead of time.
Raves: Well...I started my new job....
Rants: and I may not be going back to school after all. I'm pretty depressed over it, actually. And I have no freaking clue of what to do next. I was going to write a separate post about it, but I....don't know. I could cry really.
