Recommend your "Green" Cookware sets!

I've been researching PTFE and PFOA free cookware sets... can't find anything that has consistent positive reviews.  Any ideas from you all?

Re: Recommend your "Green" Cookware sets!

  • I use a cast iron skillet for things I don't want to stick like eggs. It works great, and cast iron pans are cheap (around $20).  I don't really trust anything with a "non-stick" coating, even if those certain additives are removed.  We also have a set of stainless steel cookware that we really like from Calphalon.
