The dogs are safe!!
Our friend was able to gain entry to his house a few hours ago and his dogs are safe. They were shaken and scared but happy to see their family! The house was also not burned, but unfortunately not the case for many of their neighbors. Paseo de Toronto and many of the streets around his property were burned or completely destroyed.

I'm so glad the dogs are safe. Poor guys. I can't imagine how scared they were.
My cousins' home was spared, too. They were able to return last night.
