Menu Suggestions?
I know I should post on the What?s Cooking Board but in an effort to keep the local board moving?thought I would ask here!
I need appetizer ideas for Thanksgiving. I am already making two cheese balls (I have to make both, to make everyone happy!), but need a couple of other items. I need to be able to cook them all up mostly this weekend, and they need to travel to St. Louis Wednesday night before the big day.
I have three that I am thinking of:

I have books on easy appetizers, so let me know if you need any recipes
How many do you need and what categories are you wanting? I try to do a meat, a cheese/basic, something hot/cold and a dip.
What about spinach cheese bundles (puff pastry kinda thing), sauced (chipotle, BBQ, S&S, etc) meatballs/franks, a peanut butter dip for fruit... I got more idea if you need them.
It's super easy - peanut butter, a bit of milk, a bit of honey, a bit of orange (or apple) juice and some cinnamon. You're basically just making the PB into a better dip consistency
