Can you all recommend any really good moisturizing shampoo, (deep)conditioner, oil treatment for AA hair. Mine is in serious need of some help.

Hi! Two recommendations:
1. Avlon/Keracare Humecto Moisturizing shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.
2. Aveda Dry Remedy shampoo, conditioner, and definitely the moisturizing treatment masque.
The Aveda dry rememdy treatment masque works wonders! You can get it at Dillard's in Huntsville. I wash weekly with the shampoo and conditioner, but every other week use the treatment masque instead of the regular conditioner.
I think you can by the Avlon from JCPenney's and Wal-mart hair salons.
hey girl,
ok, i have to think back to my relaxed days...
i used to use creme of nature (the green bottle). that was a really good detangling shampoo. i loved it, and it's cheap. you can get it at walmart.
i also used the texture line (smoothing). the conditioner is really thick and moisturizing. for deep conditioning i used the biolage deep conditioner (it comes in a tube or in a jar). i think you can get texture at jcpenny's and you can get the biolage there or at target.
hope this helps!
ooo, forgot to say that for a very cheap hot oil treatment you can use olive oil. just heat it up, put it on your hair (but not when it's super hot - i learned the hard way), and put a cap on for about 30 mins.
also, you can use honey as a conditioning treatment. i haven't been able to do it successfully though, so if you figure it out, let me know - lol.
ME TOO! I was natural for 2 years and I just put a texturaizer (relaxer that isn't combed through) in last month. I decided to go back to relaxed hair because I was spending $40 a week to get it pressed. When would wear my afro DH would ask when I was going to get my hair done It sort of defeated the purpose.
I'll be trying out those suggestions too! I need to switch up my products.
I'm so sorry. I knew there was someone else I wanted to page. Thanks for the rec. I'll check it out if I break down and go that route again.
Dang my parents for not giving me super good hair. ;-)
No worries...I know you said shampoo and conditioner but the relaxer is so great I had to share! Sometimes I wish I'd gone natural when I started to. My face is so fat that cutting it all off was not any option so I was trying to grow it out....I lasted 4 months before I caved.
