Hi everyone! Just thought I'd introduce myself. This is my first Nest post ever! My name is Marie and I'm originally from CA, but just moved to Madison in August, right after the honeymoon! Still adjusting to the cold, and can't believe it's snowing already. I moved to WI because my husband goes to school here. Still looking for a job. No family or friends here (except for my husband's classmates), and looking to make friends of my own. I look forward to getting to know you all.

I was in your spot exactly 3 years ago.... new town, no job, no friends except my husband's coworkers!  I know setting up house can only occupy so much of your time.  I'd go out for coffee sometime too, or we can get rolling on planning this GTG!

So I actually don't drink coffee, but most places have hot chocolate where they serve coffee. Hot chocolate in this cold weather always sounds good!
