Question about Gaslamp District, help!
You SD Nesties have to help me! My dh was there this weekend and met up with friends. We had been arguing a little bit before him going. So his way of "getting back" at me is to not call me. So when I finally called him at 12 am he's not picking up the phone! I sent him a text message and he replies "that he's at his parents house sick". I texted him back asking him to call me and he never did. When I keep on calling he doesn't call me back until 1 30 am and tells me he's sick. Well, I smelled a rat about all this. So when he came back I did something I usually don't do. I looked in his wallet. He had a lot of cash there and he rarely takes any out but charges everything. So I found a receipt that says that he took out $100 at 10 37 pm sat night on 346 sixth avenue. So please tell me, is this close to Gaslamp area? He obviously didn't want me to see how he spent his money and that's why he took out cash. Because we pay everything online. So I'm wondering where about $55 went because that's what's missing. Did he go to a stripclub down there. Are there any in that area? Please help me solve this mystery. It came out when he came home that yes, he went out with his friends for dinner but he was home being sick that night. That's not true! I could see the transaction time was at night!! I just can't tell him that because then he finds out that I snooped. I just don't understand why he's lying to me. He didn't call me back until 1 30 am!!! He didn't want to pick up the phone when I called him because he was out. I'm trying to "build my case" and finding out what's going on here. So maybe you can help me and tell me about this particular street? (I don't have a problem with him going out, I just want to know why he's lying about it!)

6th Avenue is Downtown (Gaslamp)
Kings Fish House is inbetween Fashion and Mission Valley which is approximately 5 miles away from 6th Avenue.
We have 3 Polo Factory Stores. One in San Ysidro (by the Mexico border) one in North County in Carlsbad and one in East County in Alpine. Not sure which one he went to but all three are a little bit of a distance from downtown and all are at outlet malls.
Thanks for clearing it up for me! I confronted him and he started telling me that he felt like I'd be upset if he'd told me that he was going out with friends. (Because he hadn't told me that this other guy was coming into town and he thought I didn't care for him) Why would I be upset if you're telling the truth and where is the harm in going out to dinner with your friends? But I was afraid they ended up in the "wrong" place if you know what I mean. He did tell me the name of the restaurant/sports bar but I of course forgot it now. It was .... bin or the bar bin or something. He said they all went there because they showed the fight for free. But he had some bad pizza there with jalapenos and got a bad stomache. He said he didn't care for the place because the people were pretty raunchy and cursing up a storm behind him. Do you know this sports bar in the Gaslamp District? Is it that bad of a crowd? I still feel akward about him having to lie to me and not picking up the phone when I called. That's not going away, although I'm trying to see it from his point of view. I hope you were right about him just having a good time with his friends:-)
