As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Interview Today
A couple of weeks ago, I applied for a new job that could quite possibly be my dream job...and I have a phone interview today!
I am not nervous at all, but I am feeling more and more guilty about going behind my boss' back. She is the best boss I ever had, and I wasn't looking for a new job...the opportunity just fell in my lap. I wish that I could talk to her about it, but if I don't get the new job, it would just make it awkward.
