Trans-Siberian Orchestra?
Anyone seen them in concert? We are thinking about taking Haley to see them either in Nashville or Birmingham in December, but neither of us have seen them and we're not sure if it's something a kid would like. She is 9 years old and has seen the commercial and thinks it would be cool, but I'm just not sure. When I go to look up tickets, there is only pricing for adults. I don't know if that means all tickets cost the same no matter the age or if that means that it's not kid friendly and kids don't go to it.

yes...brandon and i have seen them twice. and my in laws and my mom, her husband, and my brother usually go as well. we are thinking of going again this year as well.
it is a great show...lots of pyrotechnics (sp?), lasers, lights...very interactive show. if haley doesn't mind a lot of loud music, then she should be just fine.
adult and kid pricing should be the same...i think it generally is for most concert venues.

We thought about taking her to see the Rockettes in N'ville b/c I KNOW she would LOVE that, but their tickets are really expensive...plus, Jim really wants to see the TSO instead.
i don't really love "heavy" music, but i enjoy TSO...if that makes sense...
it is definitely a "guy" type of show, but it is really neat to watch....definitely worth the price of the tickets...
We are going to both TSO and The Rockettes here in b'ham. I'm so excited i have never seen either one

I was on a dance team in HS and College that kicked so i hope the show doesn't make me sad
I always wanted to try out and never did and now i'm old and out of shape, LOL!
I was too! We were actually known for our kick line. It will make you sad...well, not sad...just nostalgic! It made me want to get up there! Of course, that would be a sad sight to see these days...I seriously doubt I could get my leg up must past my waist these days! LOL!
hmm..i've gotta look those two up. looking for something for dh and i to do on or around our anniv. Dec. 29....
i did kickline in high school too and i couldn't imagine having to kick in those psycho heels! i wound die. haha
