Health Related AW!!!!
My Doctor just called to tell me the Uterine Fibroid they found last year has reduced in size!! In 6 months it is 2 CMs smaller. My doctor told me to keep doing whatever it is that I am doing!! I have been eating Organic Foods and have cut out Red Meat( for the most part) I can't tell you how happy I am!!

When I made similar changes to my diet I noticed a change for the better with PMS/periods.?
That is awesome and so, so cool. Makes me feel better in general about how much money I spend on quality, organic food.
