Thanksgiving...
What does everyone have planned for Thanksgiving?

We had originally planned to go to L.A. to spend it with my DH's family instead we decided to stay home and save money... we'll spend it with my parents and brothers... it'll be very low key and relaxing.
I think low key and relaxing is the way to go!
My DH is a shmo and he fractured his back snowboarding, so we will be staying at home. Hopefully his condition will be improved to the point where he can climb stairs, that way the mattress and boxspring that are currently set up in my family room can be moved back upstairs in time for the holiday! My mom and her friend are coming over, so it's just going to be the four of us. I LOVE to cook, so I'm actually looking forward to it.
Christmas is another story. Assuming DH is better, we are spending the holiday with the inlaws in Virginia. I love the inlaws, but I can't stand going back to VA.
We are staying local....but we usually do since all of our family is on the East coast. I am not sure if we will be cooking. I was thinking about ordering dinner from Albertsons....LOL....I am not sure DH or I will feel like cooking with a 3 week old. So it will probably be just the 3 of us and our 2 doggies!!
M+J - Sorry to hear about your DH! Gosh that sucks....I hope he gets better soon. And I remember you saying you love to cook....so I am sure there will be good eats at your place!
