Anyone looking to rent a 2 BR condo in Simsbury?
My brother just moved in with his girlfriend and is trying to rent out his condo. It is a really cute 2 BR 2 Bath (I think there's a half bath downstairs, too, but I don't remember). It's got beautiful hardwood floors and a balcony off the living room. It has a cute basement that can be an extra living/family room and there's a laundry room down there, too.
