Hosting a large conference in Portland
I've been asked at work to prepare a bid to host a large conference in Portland in 2012 (1000-1500 attendants from all over the world). I've been looking at the OCC and the Portland Hilton & Executive Towers for locations. Anybody have any information to share about past experiences with either of these?

I work across the street from the Hilton Hotel/Executive Towers. My experience with them has been all positive. It is a great place to hold an event. The people there are super helpful as well!
