As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I talked to Jarrett and sent him the link. He is definitely serious about wanting a Master's...but he has nowhere near 8 years experience so I think the Outreach program would be better for him. Are they strict about the experience?

no they aren't, the love getting a diverse group and if he's had a different type of experience and can get his manager or someone to write a glowing letter then it will help.
