Weekend trip within 2 hours of LA, ideas?
Hubby and I want to go on a mini getaway next weekend. Any ideas of nice places within 2 hours of LA? I was thinking so far of:
- San Diego - anywhere special?
- Palm Springs - casino/resort
- Santa Barbara - just went though
Any other ideas? TIA!

san diego/coronado - hotel del coronado is awesome. ?we just visited this past weekend and had their sunday brunch, and it was fabulous.
the lodge at torrey pines in la jolla is gorgeous, too.?

Temecula wineries. Wine tasting and there's a casino too if you're into that.
Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton in Santa Barbara are nice
Catalina is good for a day trip
