apple crisp recipe...
I saw Wendy was making an apple crisp for T-giving.
Anyways, a few weeks ago, a friend of mine came over for dinner and I had a craving for apple crisp. Since I'm dealing w/ baby right now and pressed for time, I bought a Marzetti's Apple Crisp mix thing and it was SOOO great!
It was seriously one of the best crisp recipes I've had in a LONG time. And it's so easy - add some softened butter to the mix, top it over some peeled apples (I used fuji) and bake it.
I really like cinnamon, next time I would have added just a dash of cinnamon to the apples but it was so great and so easy!
